Felt more than at home, nothing to complain about.

My recent stay at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From exclusive amenities in my luxurious room to the great service provided by the friendly staff, I felt like a VIP throughout my visit. the restaurant and bar area provided a great atmosphere for both professional and casual meetings, and the buffet breakfast was a perfect start to my day.

I got great value for my money at this hotel. The room was fantastic and had a modern design that I loved. The location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and within walking distance of tourist attractions.

The morning meal could be improved by offering more variety.

The room was comfortable, with a large and cozy bed, made it easy to relax during our weekend getaway. The shower was also a highlight, with excellent water pressure and a luxurious feel. The location of the hotel was fantastic, just a short walk from the main square and close to public transportation options. This made it easy for us to explore the city and get around without any hassle. the staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, providing us with great recommendations for restaurants and attractions.

I stayed at Urban Creme for 5 nights and it was perfect. The room had everything I needed, from a comfy bed to a safe for my valuables. The cleaning staff was incredibly kind and even came in the afternoon if I was still sleeping. The air conditioning was a welcome addition during the heatwave. The location was great, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions. The breakfast at the stylish restaurant was tasty and had a good variety. The hotel had a small but nice gym and good WiFi. I had a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Conveniently located with excellent public transport links nearby. Clean, modern rooms with great facilities such as air conditioning and a large TV. Friendly and professional staff. Good breakfast selection in a beautifully designed restaurant. Secure underground parking available at a cost.

This hotel is a great value for money with affordable prices and attention to detail. Its location next to the main transportation hubs makes it convenient for exploring the city center. The staff provides excellent service, and the rooms are spacious with large bathrooms equipped with all necessary amenities. The breakfast, although it could have included fresh fruit, offers several options and is served with a bag containing Lidl brand food.

Nothing it was perfect.

This hotel is situated in an excellent location. It's very close to the train station and city centre of Prague. There's a tram station right outside of the hotel for easy transportation. The hotel itself has a modern design that is consistent throughout the equally modern looking restaurant. Rooms are comfortable and amenities include good air conditioning, comfortable beds, nice view, and an accommodating staff. Breakfast includes a wide selection of savoury and sweet food, fresh juices, and excellent coffee. this hotel is fantastic value for money.

One aspect of the hotel that could be improved is the cleanliness of the rooms. Some guests have reported rooms being quite dusty, which can be uncomfortable for those with allergies.
